Valerie - if it is of any interest, I am currently rolling out a
series of live webcast "lab experiments" (related to my
galvanic/golemic earthworm with an implanted networked microprocessor).

For me, it's partially an investigation of my development process and
rethinking it within processes like Romantic-era science (but that's a
different tangent).

However, it's primarily fueled by a simple desire to get back in touch
with viewers on a more intimate level: the appeal of the "global
audience" is of less interest than it was in '97. 

I'm still gestating on it though - I'm interested in other
conversations around the topic.
